"I generated this quilt electronicaly... I used AutoCAD to construct the Washington Monument Appliqué pattern in the center of the quilt. Then I projected this pattern on the inside faces of an octagonal extrusion. Next, I created a perspective view of the result. I then used a digital camera to aquire actual fabric into the computer and 'painted' the pattern with this fabric. The finished electronic quilt gives us an idea of how the colors and textures would look if we used the fabrics to construct a real quilt. Call us, and we'll design a "3-D" quilt just for you!"
