FC ZWOLLE - HELMOND SPORT 0-0
Another bad game by Zwolle, this time most players showed som e more agression, but were unable to make real dangerous attacks, in the first half both teams had just one or two little chances.
Second half was almost as worse as the first one, only substitute Gerald van den Belt came close to scoring a few times. Just minutes before the end Zwolle escaped a loss when Henk Timmer was able to stop the ball just centimeters in front of the goalline.
AWAY GAME
3 OKTOBER: HELMOND SPORT - FC ZWOLLE
Tonight FC Zwolle played against Helmond sport, the number 14 from
the first division and lost for the first time this season. From what i've
seen/heared from the television FC Zwolle was the better playing team,
but they were not able to score, Jan Bruin hit the woodwork twice, and
Helmond Sport didn't get more than a few chances FC Zwolle will still stay
in second place as the only direct concurrent for this place, Emmen, also
lost 1-0 to Eindhoven.
