In 49 one-hour clinics we build an Ohio River Valley short line that acts as a conduit for several large industries to a connection with the C&O.

The KOTR is set in the mid 70s when colorful boxcars and older diesels made the railfan scene so exciting. A part of this series includes tips and demonstrations on building the Walthers Steel Mill series.
