Thistledown Midsummer Moonspirit, awarded NZ Grand National Champion Miniature Horse, Category A, at her first show, the NZ Grand National Championship Show held at Rangiora in February 2000. She continued her winning style receiving two champion youngstock awards in what has been a very limited show career.

She is pictured here with proud owner, Sue Holton, and Judge Judy Edmonds of Dannevirke.

Known as "Brandy", she is a chestnut pinto, sired by our own Maestros Lil Toy Irish Jig, and out of Cotswold Summer Wine, both of whom also had highly successful show careers.
