PRICE HISTORIES: Reports detailing auction activity for over 145,000 artists can be e-mailed, faxed, phoned, or posted in a matter of hours. Reports can be tailored to specifically include works comparable to a particular piece of interest.

PHOTO EVALUATIONS: If a work is unsigned or otherwise unidentifiable, our staff members can render estimates on the basis of photographic images.
Fee: Typically $62.50. Estimate provided in advance
CATALOGUE PAGE COPIES: Hundreds of thousands of images and complete catalogue entries are available.
Fee: Frequently gratis with a search; fees charged for large orders
BIOGRAPHIES: Reports on more than 330,000 different international artists are available.
Fee: $35 each
ILLEGIBLE SIGNATURE SEARCHES: Even if only a few letters of an artist’s name are legible, our programs can decipher the full name. Searches can also be run on the basis of initials.
Fee: Gratis with any search
APPRAISALS: On the basis of photographic images, formal appraisals can be prepared for insurance or fair market value purposes. These include detailed descriptions, of the items, price histories, and precise valuations.
Fee: $125 minimum, estimates provided in advance
ON-SITE INSPECTIONS: Our staff members are available to come to view and appraise paintings and, with the assistance of our affiliates, works of decorative art, as well.
Fee: $200 per hour
EXPERT WITNESS TESTIMONY: Our testimony has been accepted in the Courts of Law and is available to privates, corporations and institutions.
