"Must See" Web TV

"Web TV" is an unfair appellation: this is a new medium, different from television . Since it lacks the cozy intimacy of TV, what does it offer? Find out! A few examples of this nascent genre, all written and/or produced by WGA members... (Note that this is NOT intended as an all-inclusive list: merely a sampling.)

Ferndale
A serial with a "Twin Peaks" sort of flavor, written by Howard Cushnir.
Our understanding is that this show is currently on "hiatus."
Eon4
Hey, before there was "Independence Day", there was Eon4, offered by Dan O'Bannon.
The East Village
Bright Lights, Big City for the 90s? Well, maybe...or Melrose Place in the Big Apple. Whatever...
Executive story consultant Fred Mustard Stewart

The "granddaddy" of all these Web serials is "The Spot". There are dozens more of these serials found on the Web: check out Yahoo or AltaVista or the other search engines...
