800 metres altitude in the Bavarian Alps - near Garmisch-Partenkirchen - in a village of 900 inhabitants, which was frequented by many artists and writers - including Goethe, and more recently, the Russian artist, Kandinsky.

Fully & tastefully furnished rooms (linen, dishes & cutlery are included); all flats have satellite television (with both German and English language programs available).

These spacious residences are all situated in very quiet locations, surrounded by mountains of ca. 2,000 meters, near the lake and the predominantly fir tree forests, with either a balcony or access to a private garden. The apartments are suitable for individuals, couples or families who may be seeking Beauty in Nature or Silence or, in general, a retreat from the hectic pressures and crowded life of metropolitan areas.

Rowboats are available for fishing (as well as freezers, if need be).

Reductions possible for individuals traveling alone.

Short term reservations possible, even for the coming Summer vacations.
