22 July 2000	EVENT NOW FULLY BOOKED If you have not received a letter or e-mail of acknowledgement by 25 July then, unfortunately, your booking could not be accepted. Please note that speed of responses to e-mails and queries will be delayed by other commitments until mid-August.
3 July 2000	Revised route descriptions published on website and first e-bulletin e-mailed to entrants. If you have not received the e-bulletin, then please e-mail me with your e-mail address.
28 June 2000	92 bookings received so far, maximum of 20 places left!
24 - 25 June 2000	Stuart & Judith in AWW Country: cleared green lane immediately after Cefnmawr and attempted to improve the clarity of the route in Nant Gwestyn.
17 June 2000	Stuart & Bob in AWW Country surveyed minor revisions of the route. Also attempted to improve stepping stones across Mochdre Brook.
15 June 2000	80 bookings received so far, approximately 30 places left!

19 April 2000	Halls changed from Penbryn to Pantycelyn. Entry forms sent by post.

4 Sept. 1999	36th Across Wales Walk took place with 84 entrants from 101 starters completeing the event which was one of the hottest known in the history of the event. Prelim. results and photographs are now available on the event home page. Thanks to everyone who took part and made the weekend such a success.
15 August 1999	Event now full and no further bookings can be accepted. Sorry for possible difficulties in accessing website via www.visitweb.com as alias facility withdrawn without notice to users. Access via AltaVista is recommended.
21 July 1999	101 bookings received: there will be a delay in acknowledging bookings received after 23 July. These will be accepted then short-listed by postmark order and acknowledged by 15 August when bookings will close.
13 July 1999	Map orders despatched. Sorry no more orders for maps can be accepted. 86 bookings received so far. Please get bookings in before 23 July if possible.
27 June 1999	72 bookings received so far: looking as if the event will be over-subscribed this year so, if interested, please get your applications in soon.
