Helmet Editing Utilities for F1GP

The purpose of these utilities is to enable changing the HELMETS.DAT file used by Microprose Formula One Grand Prix (aka World Circuit). The HELMETS.DAT file holds the images of driver helmets that are displayed on the driver selection screen.
