2007 Weekly and Weekend Rental Information
The house is available for the rest of 2007 at the same rate as 2008.
There is no internet or cable in the house until March 1.
2008 Weekly and Weekend Rental Information
Summer rentals (June, July, August) are for one week, Saturday, 3:00 p.m., to
the next Saturday, 10:00 a.m..
Weekend rates are available for non-summer months. The
seasons are:
Please note that the realty company charges a $35 booking fee and a $75
cleaning fee. There is also sales tax on lodging and fees. They also
offer optional "no-hassle" damage insurance ($35) and travel insurance
($98.21).

- "Interest shown" - someone has emailed me and expressed interest
for this week/weekend, but have not yet booked with the realtor. IT
IS STILL OPEN!!!!
NOTE:
if our house is booked, I can point you to a similar house within 200 feet
of our house that will cost just a little more.

How to take advantage of this discount
For this price FIRST
contact the Conrads (15 ATL) at:
so we can arrange this discount through Williamson
Realty, rental agency for
the home. Williamson handles reservations, credit card processing, and
check-in/out. Williamson will add other fees and taxes, please check with them for details
AFTER we inform them that you may rent our unit (we have to tell them that you
are eligible for the discount first, or they charge you full rate).
Why are we offering a discount? If I bring in
a renter to the realty company, I pay 40% less management fees for
that rented time. I find by offering this discount I can fill the house
quickly.
