Prices and Terms

The prices shown are based on a five night minimum stay. Shorter stays will be considered only to fill voids in the reservation calendar but at a higher price than shown below.

 Rates subject to 11.41% Hawaii State taxes.

 Low season rates apply from April 16 through December 15, and High season rates apply from December 16 through April 15.

Additional Persons: Add $5/Night/person to the above rates.

For 4 nights add $15/Night, for 3 nights add $25/Night.

Reservations require a deposit of 1/2 or 5 nights, whichever is less, within 10 days to secure reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. With the final payment, we will mail you a key along with additional instructions for check in and out and directions from the airport.

Cancellation Policy

 Deposit is refundable if reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to arrival. If cancelled between 60 and 30 days, 1/2 of payments are forfeited, and if less than 30 days, all payments are forfeited unless another reservation fills the canceled dates.
