BLACK BELT PROMOTIONS
Jeff Noon was the first student to reach the Rank of Black Belt from the Martial Arts Academy. He studied for 5 years, from the age of 10 until reaching this goal just before his 16th birthday.
- These Students are certified by the Martial Arts Academy of Laguna Hills to have completed the arduous and rigorous training required for advancement to BLACK BELT rank in the honorable art of Shaolin Kempo Karate ( Jiu-jitsu).
