Your Admissions Liaison Officer (ALO) is your local contact for assistance in applying for admissions to the Air Force Academy and Air Force ROTC. Summer Scientific Seminar

The Summer Scientific Seminar is a program designed for high school students to visit the Air Force Academy for one week during the summer between their Junior and Senior year. These students get to see the Academy and its facilities up close by living in the dorms and participating in a variety of fun and educational activities. If you want to learn more about this program contact your local ALO. Your application must be received by the last day of February. Two sessions are normally held -- one the second week of June and one the third week of June.

Educator Airlift

The Educator Airlift Program is designed to bring high school representatives to the Academy so they can learn more about the educational and leadership training opportunities we can provide to outstanding high school graduates. If you are an educator and are interested in this program please contact your local ALO. Nominations are due by the end of June. Visit dates are normally the first week of November and the second week of December.

United States Air Force Academy Parent's Association of New Mexico

This club is made up of parents of AF Academy cadets. There are currently 76 members in New Mexico. Among other things, this club arranges activities such as tailgate parties and Christmas parties, and conducts annual meetings.
