BOBMSG is a Windows utility designed to allow late night working technicians to leave messages for end users that they'll get even if the computer is restarted. It will just persist come hell or high water until they click [OK].
The message can be read onscreen, printed to any Windows printer or copied to the clipboard, it just can't be ignored!
