Our rental covers from April 27 til December 1. The house is closed any other time.

Rental information

Season: May 26 through September 1. In Season, weekly rentals only. Check in/out time: Saturday at 4:00pm to Saturday at 11:00am.

Off Season: April 27-May 25 and from September 2-December 1. House rents full and partial weeks, and weekends.

Reservations will only be secured upon receipt of one half of rental amount.

Four weeks prior to your rental date, you must mail the remaining amount of the rental (one check) plus the security deposit of $150.00 (separate check). Security deposit will be returned upon final checking after your departure.
