The site is beautiful and will be held outdoors, on the grounds of the
hotel. This particular hotel was chosen because they have had numerous
other breed specialties there. They are VERY DOG FRIENDLY and experienced
in handling this type of event. They come highly recommended by people who
have judged there in our breed.
The dates will be October 11th - 15th. The events schedule will be as
follows:
Saturday, 10/11....Lure Coursing
Sunday, 10/12......Obedience and Sweeps (Sweeps judge- Jan Swayze)
Monday, 10/13.....Agility and Dogs (Dog judging - Ed Gilbert)
Tuesday, 10/13....Membership meeting and Bitch judging (Bitch judging -
Eugene Blake)
Wednesday, 10/15......Triathlon, Junior Showmanship and Best of Breed

*Tanny Update
Here's the latest update on the lovely Tanny in NJ.
5/10/03 marks one year since Tanny's cancer surgery, a day Billy and I thought
we'd never see after the doctors told us without treatment, she'd have two to
eight months. The tumor is back, it's large but it hasn't stopped her from
enjoying life, enjoying her food and just being a happy girl. Every day
since May 10, 2002 has been a gift and we will continue to treat them as
