“Michael McCormick Smith has written to say that a photograph of his dog Mumtaz Star Sign was published in “The Countrymans Weekly “dated 13th October this year with the caption ‘I mated my Saluki to a Greyhound’. He wishes to make it clear that the photo was published without his knowledge or consent. Neither Star Sign nor any of his other dogs has ever been mated to anything other than an approved KC registered Saluki bitch and barring accident never will be. He has asked the paper to publish a correction.”
