social environment everyone welcome.
Activities: The NCT is an organisation offering information and support in pregnancy, childbirth and early parenthood. The NCT offers support to members and non-members alike. Locally we provide a strong post natal support network; our breastfeeding counsellor is a phone call away; there is an active working mother group; we organise children’s activities, fund-raising and social events. We hold
regular meetings for new/expectant mums. “Bumps and Babes”, which are usually held in member’s homes; and for ‘mobile’ pre-school children, open house. Contact Kate for details of fees and meeting times/places.

Activities: Meet other mothers and babies, have a cup of tea. Powdered baby milk is on sale at cheap prices. The Health visitor, Debbie, is in attendance, and babies can be weighed. A team from Community Education provides stimulating play
activities, singing and parachute games.
