Games - Players must be at field 30 minutes prior to game time.

Practices - 5:30 - Dark, Tuesdays and Thursday at the Upper Field at Signal Hill Park

Practices - Players are expected to arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled practice start time.

Bring ball, shoes, shin guards, and water bottle to practice and games.

If raining Coaches will let you know if practice is canceled. Player must let Coach Frank know if they are not able to make it to a practice.
