Add beaten egg to bind, and put in a greased pie dish and bake at 220° until golden.

This is a very tasty dish, and makes a very satifying meal served with a salad. It freezes well and you can make double quantities and put one in the freezer before it has been cooked.

Very nice but quite filling, RE 12.3.2000. Done again on 9.3.2004 Turned out very nicely. I exaggerated the ingredients a little because we had 5 people. It could have done with some more Tomatoes and more egg to bind.
