BackgroundEstablished in 1933, the Renton Fish and Game Club has been open and serving the community for 64 years on our 40 acre site. We are one of the oldest and the largest shooting parks in the county. For over a half century we have been providing a safe place to shoot and the opportunity to learn about the save use of firearms and the various shooting sports. We are one of the few county ranges open to the public. We are first and foremost a sports conservation club - one of the oldest in the county. The bulk of our property is kept as open space and a wildlife sanctuary. All sorts of plants and animals make their homes here. We have numerous conservation activities. You may have seen our members stocking streams with fish as part of the Bellevue Stream Team. We operate a Native Plant Holding Facility for King County and serve as the stewards of Cavanaugh Pond. |
