Sound file sampling rate

The quality of sound files (*.WAV) does not represent the quality of CDs or tapes produced by the choir. A sampling rate of 11k was chosen to limit the size of *.WAV files, and even so the 15 second clip still requires 330K bytes of data. However this was deemed the lowest sampling rate which provides an acceptable sound.
