Our facility is located on the 68 acre former Blaine Air Force station in Birch Bay; owned by Whatcom County Parks and Recreation Department; managed and operated by the Lions Camp Horizon Foundation; and home of Camp Horizon, the Lions' summer camp experience for disabled persons.
