Our facility is located on the 68 acre former Blaine Air Force station in Birch Bay; owned by Whatcom County Parks and Recreation Department; managed and operated by the Lions Camp Horizon Foundation; and home of Camp Horizon, the Lions' summer camp experience for disabled persons.

Lions Bay Horizon Park is:

Peaceful and quiet, located away from population centers.

A large, multi-purpose facility providing for a variety of indoor and outdoor activities.

A full-service facility for groups to meet, recreate, eat and sleep.

Informal, relaxed and flexable (no resident nor ideologic restrictions).
