Setting across the N&W tracks from the AVTEX Rayon Plant is one of several stock pens along the Shenandoah Valley. The N&W once made a good business in cows.


Located across the N&W tracks from the N&W Front Royal Freight Station, Virginia Jams and Jellies presented a nice compact industry. The plant was closed about 1991. The model contains 49 five volt lamps to illuminate the structure.


Waste water is processed and reused in AVTEX's water filtration plant, a seldon modeled detail.
