OF TRADE:
Allow approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery
Fishing In New Zealand remains the owner af
all products until payment in full is recieved.
All risk and responsiblility will pass to you when the goods are
delivered to you or the premises you have specified.
You may return the book/s in its original condition within 3 days
of receiving for a replacement or full refund.
Consumers Guarantee Act. You acknowledge that where the products
are ordered for business purposes, the Consumers Guarantee Act
1993 does not apply. Nothing in these terms is intended to have
the effect of contracting out of the provisions of the Consumers
Guarantees Act 1993. except to the extent permitted by the Act
and these terms are to modified to the extent necessary to give
effect to that intention.
Privacy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will use
and store any personal information in accordance with the Privacy
Act 1993. We will not pass on your information to any unrelated
party. From time to time we may send you product information (including
special offers) in the mail or electronic Email.
If at any time you wish to remove your name from our customer
list you only have to write or ask.
