In the individual competition, Megan Comber was 1^st in the U11 Girls section, Hannah Thomas and Maddy Heath came 2^nd and 3^rd in the U9 Girls, Kathryn Hall was 2^nd in the U18 Girls and Taylor Pierce was 3^rd in the U9 Boys. In the team events, both the U15 Girls team of Amy Beard, Amelia Russell and Stephanie Paul and the U18 Girls (Kathryn, Stephanie Combe, Sarah Gillam and Kristina Money) were 1^st.

Other results were:

• Under 11 Girls - Sheniece Pollitt, 16^th.
• Under 13 Girls - Chelsey Pierce 8^th, Jasmine Broadley 9^th, Lauren Young 14^th, Sophie Broad 16^th.
• Under 15 Girls - Amy 5^th, Amelia 9^th, Stephanie Paul 10^th.
• Under 18 Girls - Stephanie Combe 4^th, Sarah 5^th, Kristina 6^th and Rebecca Young 7^th.

In closed competitions such as this, the sections are arranged by age only, so grade 6 trampolinists are competing in the same section as those at grade 4. This makes some of the results even more pleasing for the club.

The Synchronised Pairs Competition was the first one the Springers have been involved in and several teams were entered. The age groups are organised slightly differently for Synchro, which meant some competitors being in age groups higher than they would normally compete at. Despite this, everyone put up capable performances. Kathryn Hall and Stephanie Combe won the O13/U25 age group despite both being much nearer the lower end of the age range and Megan Comber and Amelia Russell came 4^th despite Megan only being 10 years old. In the Under 13 section, Taylor Pierce and Hannah Thomas came 6^th, while Club Coaches Stella Paul and Gemma Olliver came an excellent 2^nd in the Over 25 section - there wasn’t an older section for Stella!

All in all, a most enjoyable day, with some excellent results. Those who didn’t win medals certainly gained valuable experience and the Synchro, in particular, was enjoyed by all those who took part - especially Stella!
