Since 1993 Petra Demann supports SAP R/3 Implementations by providing various services internationally based on the IT value chain „Design-Build-Operate". These include consulting in the fields of project management, process modelling/analysis and organisational mapping, accounting processes, SAP R/3 Customising for the modules Controlling (CO), Project Systems (PS) and Finance (FI) as well as implementation team and end-user training for these modules. A master’s degree in business administration (Diplom-Kauffrau Univ.) and work experience in controlling and accounting emphasises the business orientation of these services. The various projects she has worked on till now (since 1994 as a freelancer) provides her with a good understanding of especially industry, service and product business processes as well as their supporting controlling and administration processes.

Project objective: To develop a European template based on SAP R/3 IS Retail 4.0 B (Modules: SD, MM, FI and CO) and to pilot the template in Germany for the retail companies of Continental AG
