Greetham is a village in Lincolnshire, United Kingdom at 53º 13.2' North, 0º 1.8' West. (OS ref. TF 307 707) at a height of 122 metres above sea level.

Greetham, Lincolnshire is located 3 miles east of Horncastle. 20 miles east of Lincoln and 24 miles south of Grimsby. It is situated on a hill in a rural area at the very southern end of a hill range known as the 'Lincolnshire Wolds'. At one time it was a flourishing market village.
