course objectives:

to provide understanding of epilepsy and recognition of the different seizure types

to provide understanding of the potential impact of epilepsy on young people's education.

to promote awareness of the effects of epilepsy on family and social life.

to create awareness of the information and support network available to young people and families affected by epilepsy.

to establish guidelines for the development of a response protocol for those students and pupils with active epilepsy.
