 Tips:

Make sure you replace the toner cartridge before having it repaired. A lot of problems are caused by a bad toner cartridge.
If you have paper jams and you hear a clicking noise, you probably have a broken gear.

Include the printer's make/model and a description of the problem. If we have any suggestions, we'll email you back. We can not promise to answer every email. If there is enough people with the same problem, we'll consider developing a repair kit.
