Symptoms: Your
HP LaserJet IIP/IIIP has an accordion jam inside the printer. As the paper
goes inside the printer, it is scrunched up and the front edge stops near
the toner cartridge.
If you take a marker and make a mark on the edge of the toner cartridge drum (shown below) then print a page, the mark doesn't move. |

| Cause:
The drum drive is worn. This usually caused by wear & tear.
Workaround: There are no workarounds for this problem. Kit Description: The kit involves replacing the drum drive assembly. It should last about 50K pages. |
