If your printer exhibits these symptoms, then the Repairs Kits in this web site have been field proven to solve these problems. Each Kit comes with the parts and step-by-step instructions needed to do a complete repair. The instructions are not slick four-color glossy's. They are black & white photos of the actual repair. They are the same material used to train our new technicians. Most printer problems can be grouped into three categories: paper jams, fusing/fuser assembly problems, and service error codes.
