If you print from the Multi-Purpose Paper Tray (Tray 1), there is no jam. *Cause:* The Paper Pick-Up Rollers are worn. *Workaround:* Try keeping the try about 1/2 full of paper. *Kit Description:* The kit involves replacing the Paper Pick-Up Rollers. It should last for about 30K to 50K pages or one year which ever comes first. If you have a Second Lower Tray (Optional Item-Tray 3) that goes under the printer and is also jamming. You need to order two kits.
