I was keenly interested in the piece about the state of the classical music recording industry. Even more disturbing that the reductions in available music are the pressures against the baking industry, as revealed in the last sentence.
I agree. Not only consumers, but all musicians must reject all efforts to cut cookies out of the standard repertory. Oreo for us, or against us??!!!
