Display Resizing Instructions
_____
1.) If you have the Windows 95/98 operating system, click on the "Start" button on the taskbar at the bottom of your screen, which will activate the Start popup menu.
2.) Select "Settings," then "Control Panel," which will open up the Control Panel window.
3.) Click on the "Display" icon in the Control Panel window.
4.) Click on the "Settings" tab. In "Settings," you should see a subsection entitled "Desktop Area" with a sliding control. Slide the control to the middle setting, or 800 x 600 pixels.
5.) Click on the "Apply" button to apply the new setting. A warning message should pop up saying that Windows will resize your desktop. Click on the "OK" button provided in the message box.
6.) Another message should pop up asking if you want to keep the new setting. Click on the "Yes" button. (If you do nothing, Windows will revert to your original desktop size and a message will appear announcing that Windows has restored your original settings.)
Your display should now be resized to the optimal setting.
7.) To go back to the original setting, all you have to do is follow the same process, switching the 800 x 600 pixels setting back to the lower setting. If you have any problems, please email me at mmaloof@sprintmail.com and I will see what I can do to help you.
