The launch system is Northampton...
- ...because Northampton doesn't really seem to get much coverage and it really was a delightful little system...
- ...because its just up the road and still boasts a fair degree of in street Tramorabilia...
- ...because the place has never been the same since they pulled the plug on the system....
The picture on the right, by the way, was taken at the National Tramway Museum in Crich, Derbyshire, and if you haven't been there you should take time out for a visit... The car is Glasgow 812, waiting around in the autumn mists of 1995.
