KEY TO OBSCURE SYMBOLS ON THE LINKED LISTS

o Means collectable recording.
_ Means recording is known to exist, but uncollectable.
* Means recording is believed to have been made, but lost.
% Collectable AS an embedded component of another track.
. Song title listed for contextual purposes. No recording implied.
X Forgery, non-Beatle-related item mistakenly associated w/them, etc.

ANTH = Anthology
BD or bd = BreakDown, the performance begins, but breaks down before the end of the song.
FS or fs = False Start.
OV = Official Version, legimate release on LP, 45 or CD. A gray area!
OM = Other Musicians. No Beatle participation but recorded for Beatles' product.
NTB = Not The Beatles. No Beatle participation & not recorded for Beatles' product.
Song title "version name" ... The quoted phrase is to indicate the distinctive characteristic of this recording version of the song.

Key to listings with the notation =MOTHER RELEASE=

Here is an example of how I list a "reference mother", my name for the definitive, original release of a given recording.

05OCT62 =MOTHER RELEASE= LOVE ME DO c/w P.S. I Love You   "PARLOPHONE 45-R 4949"
o LOVE ME DO c/w P.S. I Love You [1ST ED. UK MONO 45] 
     o LOVE ME DO  [1ST ED. UK MONO 45] "w/Ringo-on-drums, 04SEP62 mix"
     . P.S. I Love You appears on the PLEASE PLEASE ME mono LP in identical form.
MixNotes:  This mother is the basis for the Past Masters CD track.

Notice that capital letters are used for the track title. You should only see this used on tracks that are reference mothers.
And here's a similar example for an LP listing:
