"Will I see the worker from the Council on Friday?"

Background
I was expecting a worker from the Council to call and do some work in my flat on Friday. It was not enough that they said they would call, it can often happen that they don't keep the appointment.
Significators
Saturn ruling the Capricorn ascendant and the Moon as co-ruler for the querent.
Mercury ruling Gemini on the cusp of the 6th for the worker.
Judgement
The Moon applies by conjunction with Mercury. The perfection occurs across signs but is within moiety of orbs. Crossing signs is not a barrier to perfection.
Conclusion
The worker will arrive on Friday to do the work.
Result
The worker from the Council arrived as expected .
