Collection of light 1

DEFINITION
When the two main significators have already separated from each other but each applies by major aspect to a third planet, this third planet can act as a transmitter and collect their lights bringing them back into aspect again. Whether the planets apply by direct or retrograde motion to the transmitting planet is of no importance. Furthermore, the transmitting planet is able to collect more than one pair of significators provided they are within the moiety of orbs. Although the outer planets are never used as main significators they can act as collectors of light.

Although the three outer planets are never used as main significators, they can be involved in collections of light.

Examples
Example 1: The Moon at 02.51 Cancer applies by trine to Saturn at 06.04 Pisces. Mercury at 02.19 Pisces applies by conjunction to Saturn. Saturn therefore collects both their lights and brings them back into trine once again.

Example 2: Mercury at 04.28 Gemini applies by sextile to Saturn at 06.34 Aries. Mars at 03.28 Gemini applies by sextile to Saturn. Saturn therefore collects both their lights and brings them back into trine once again.

Example 3: The Moon at 20.09 Libra applies by trine to the Sun at 24.26 Gemini. Mercury at 12.19 Gemini applies by conjunction to the Sun. Venus at 18.06 Gemini applies by conjunction to the Sun. The Sun therefore collects the following pairs of planets and brings them back into their various aspects once again:

1. The Moon and Mercury.
2. The Moon and Venus.
3. Mercury and Venus.

Collection of light 1 by parallel of declination.

Example 1: Mercury at 24N15 applies by contraparallel to Jupiter at 15S12. Venus at 21N08 applies by contraparallel to Jupiter. Jupiter therefore collects both their lights and brings them back into parallel again.

Example 2: The Sun at 23N07 applies by contraparallel to Jupiter at 15S12. Venus at 21N08 applies by contraparallel to Jupiter. Jupiter therefore collects both their lights and brings them back into parallel once again.

Collection of light 1 by the antiscia.

Example 1: Mercury at 01.33 Virgo and Venus at 05.40 Virgo both apply by conjunction to Saturn's antiscion point at 09.40 Virgo. Saturn therefore collects both their lights. Mercury having separated from Venus' antiscion at 24.20 Aries.

Example 2: The Sun at 05.13 Leo applies by square to Jupiter's antiscion point at 11.26 Scorpio. Venus at 05.40 Virgo applies by sextile to Jupiter's antiscion point. Jupiter therefore collects both their lights. The Sun separated from Venus' antiscion at 24.20 Aries.
