District in working condition.

$5.00 will be retained by the district for the SCANTRON form.

It is your responsibility to send the completed SCANTRON form to ASRT
for grading.  If you have a score over 80% you will be sent a "Certificate 
of Completion", by ASRT.

The East Bay District will not be held responsible for grading, submission
of form to ASRT or sending of Certificate of Completion.
