![]() Home page for "EnvironMentally Yours"Welcome to EnvironMentally Yours, a series of articles that show you simple things you can do to help the environment. In most cases, you can do this while also saving a little (sometimes a lot) of money. All it takes is a willingness to consider doing things a little differently. Many of the suggestions in these articles can be done only by the owner of a home or building, but if you live in an apartment, show them to your landlord! We're only individuals with limits on how much we can help, but I believe that together we can make a difference! Article 1: Water heaters Article 2: Heating Article 3: Electricity Article 4: Driving (part 1) Article 5: Driving (part 2) Article 6: Reducing waste (part 1)Coming soon: more articles in the series. Stop back here soon. Please let me know what you think of these articles. I'm interested in hearing from people who have tried the suggestions. If you think of something that I didn't, I'd love to hear about it. These articles first appeared as a monthly column in Mensagenda, the newsletter of Minnesota Mensa.
