In looking over the bike I found that the motor is locked up. I had originally figured that water had entered the cylinder and rusted the bore but after taking the top end apart found this wasn’t the case. The bore was fine with the piston showing signs of a slight seizure in its past. At this point I'm still not sure what’s locked but its either the crankshaft itself or something under the right side cover.

| Water got into the oil pump housing. It's not as bad as it looks and should clean up OK. |

| Things under the left cover look good. No moisture damage and all parts look serviceable. |
