I was going to do my own version of a 2000AD home page, but I've found some other good ones, so I haven't bothered. The longest surviving character (from ''Prog' 2) is Judge Dredd(tm). He's a futuristic lawperson.
or ''Progs' as they are known, that I'm missing. :-(If stacked one on top of another the pile is about 6 feet high. :-)
The stories are generally set in the 22nd century - the main location is 'Mega City One'. This is a hugh metropolis reaching up nearly the entire eastern coast of the present USA.
Other 2000AD characters include Judge Anderson, Rogue Trooper, Durham Red, and Slaine.
