Here you'll see a video clip of Drew Hylen, bowling for Team USA. From the front you can see how wonderfully simple his swing is, yet he still generates power with balance. This is a wonderful example of a talented athlete generating power with graceful elegance.
This video clip will take a few minutes to load: when it does you'll see a bowlers swing from the front to see the hand stay behind the ball through release. You can also watch an approach from the side to study the timing, look at the release in close-up or watch the results of all this in a hook-ball strike.
