Selection: In accordance with paragraph 5.3.5 (a) of the Constitution the Council shall appoint a Selection Committee. The Selection Committee for each squad will be composed of at least three (3) and not more than five (5) members of the Executive, who are not eligible for consideration for selection, or who have not famility members eligible for selection.
