Ranking
Events are organised by the NITBF to
provide competition for members of the Federation and to enable
the selection of squads from which teams can picked for
international tournaments.
Events are held on a monthly basis, with
a minimum number of events having to be played for
eligibility for a place on the international squad. At
the end of a twelve month period offers are made to the
top athletes. This page will have news of recent events
and up-to-date rankings.
The next event will be in
Dundonald on January 14th in the Valley Leisure
Centre (a change of venue). Winners of the last
event and overall rankings are given below.

Ranking Events are organised by the NITBF
to provide competition for members of the Federation and to
enable the selection of squads from which teams can picked for
international tournaments. Events are held on a monthly basis,
with a minimum number of events having to be played for
eligibility for a place on the international squad. To allow for
holidays, work etc. players are allowed to drop their two lowest
events, thus final squad offers are based on points from eight
out of ten events. At the end of a twelve month period offers are
made to the top athletes.
