overall (in a field of 215 men).

- After last years
first ever NI Gold the men bring home more medals
than ever before with Silver in the Men's
Doubles (K.Horton, P.McCauley), Bronze in
the Men's Trios (K.Horton, P.McCauley, M.Payne),
Silver in the Men's Fives (B.Nimick, G.Craig,
M.Payne, P.McCauley, K.Horton, A.Smith)
and Bronze in the Overall Individual
masters (K.Horton).
- Junior Triple Crown,
Stirling (August 28th,29th)
- The fives (Murphy,
McMonagle, Murphy, Press, Walkingshaw)
team win Bronze and narrowly miss out in
the Trios, but round off the event with a
superb Gold Medal for Robert Walkingshaw in the overall Masters.
Many of these bowlers will be kicking
hard at the heels of their seniors for
places on the adult team this year!
Robert has already won a place on that
team and Andrew Beatty almost won this
year's AMF World Cup qualifier.
