Bowling, The Challenge
Thomas Kouros (ISBN ,1993)
A truly excellent book, packed
with in-depth writing. Some people seem
to have a problem with Kouros and he does
use a different terminology than most of
us would be familiar with. So, this book
is not for everybody, but - if you are
serious about your bowling and keen to
further your knowledge to a deeper level
- you should buy this (maybe even two
copies, because, if you lend it to a
friend they may not want to give it back!).

from planning the season, body
composition, building strength, mental
game, team building (including some good quotes) etc.
