I am 50 years of age, some say I should know better by now, but I am an avid SHADOWS fan of very long standing.
I am married and have been for 28 years with two sons, the oldest 25 plays keyboards to a standard good enough to enjoy himself. The younger, just turned 18, played lead guitar with a rock group (called TWISTED INNUENDO ) which enjoyed some support at the local colleges and played a number of Gigs around Birmingham. He has now joined a number of colleagues from local bands and formed a new group (DEXTER'S LAB) which is starting to earn money from Gigs.

I live with my family and our dog in Solihull, near Birmingham, UK and work for a well known automative manufacturer (I refrained from calling our dog after the old firm, an in-joke!!!).

Preparing this web site and answering e-mails that it has generated is taking a fair bit of my time at the moment and my wife keeps asking, "what can you possibly find to talk about, just what can you say about The Shadows". You simply cannot tell some people what they are missing.

Apart from The Shadows & playing with computers other hobbies are gardening and science fiction (yawnnnnnnn !!!!!!!!!) I also paint (pictures not walls, p_lease !) and have sold a few of my works of art for real MONEY. I play guitar (ha-haa) and in my heyday I used to write my own material (ha-ha-ha-haa) but these days I tend to listen more than play, Some people (including my wife and my son) will tell you that this is just as well, but it just goes to show that you can't please all of the people all of the time. You know I'm sure that rings a bell, someone else famous must have said something similar.
