Hello and welcome to the ICU! I hope you will enjoy your visit here and that my choice of links will help you do just that.............I have included a variety of resources; the majority of sites are health related having to do with cardiovascular illness and critical care medicine and nursing (all of this is not really surprising since I am a critical care nurse specialist working with cardiac patients!). I have also included some links that will give you access to a large number of Federal web sites where you generally can find just about anything. I have added three exhaustive search engines (one dedicated to medicine) which will help you find resources not listed. Finally, I have put some "fun" links in as well; you can check out entertainment events around the country with Ticketmaster On-Line; you can read the New York Times and you can have your personality type identified by answering an on-line tool which is patterned after the Myers-Briggs Personality test; you can plan that next big getaway and make reservations to boot just to mention a few...........I have also linked the page to two additional sites, Livewire On-Line and Debbie's Toybox (the homepage of a good friend) ..........I hope you will explore it all and please mail me with your comments!..........You are being rung in........ENJOY!
